Referral Program Policy
Please read the following policy before joining. By registering as an affiliate, you are deemed to have agreed to this entire policy.
- check_circle Applicants must have an active account at Kirimin ID (app.kirimin.id).
- check_circle The affiliate program is open to individuals, freelancers, agencies, and business entities.
- check_circle One account can only have one affiliate referral code.
- check_circle Kirimin ID reserves the right to reject or revoke affiliate status without notice if a policy violation is found.
- check_circle Commission is calculated from the net value of the referral's subscription payment (excluding taxes, gateway fees, and discounts).
- check_circle Commission is only given for referrals making active payments — not applicable to FREE accounts.
- check_circle The commission rate is determined by the active affiliate tier at the time the referral transaction occurs.
- check_circle Commissions are recurring: each subscription payment from a referral generates a new commission.
- check_circle Commissions are credited to the affiliate balance after the referral payment is confirmed by the system (maximum 3×24 hours).
- check_circle STANDARD (0+ active referrals): 5% commission per transaction.
- check_circle SILVER (25+ active referrals): 6% commission per transaction.
- check_circle GOLD (50+ active referrals): 8% commission per transaction.
- check_circle PLATINUM (100+ active referrals): 10% commission per transaction.
- check_circle Tier is determined based on the number of referrals with active subscriptions, not total referrals.
- check_circle Tier is evaluated automatically every day. Tier upgrades take effect on the same day.
- check_circle If the number of active referrals drops below the tier threshold, the tier will be downgraded in the next evaluation period.
- check_circle Newly credited commissions have 'Pending' status for 14 days as a security period.
- check_circle After 14 days, commissions are automatically released to 'Available' and can be withdrawn.
- check_circle Pending commissions will be cancelled if a referral performs a chargeback, refund, or the payment is cancelled.
- check_circle An automated cron job releases pending commissions every day at 00:00 WIB.
- check_circle Withdrawals can only be made to Indonesian bank accounts registered in the affiliate's name.
- check_circle The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000.
- check_circle Affiliates can register a maximum of 3 different bank accounts.
- check_circle Transfers are processed manually by the Kirimin ID team within 1–3 business days.
- check_circle Kirimin ID is not responsible for errors in bank account details entered by the affiliate.
- check_circle Transfer fees (if any) are borne by the affiliate.
- check_circle Using your own referral code to gain benefits (self-referral) is prohibited.
- check_circle Spam, fraud, or misleading marketing to obtain referrals is prohibited.
- check_circle Using paid advertising with the 'Kirimin', 'Kirimin ID', or brand variations without written permission is prohibited.
- check_circle Spreading false or misleading information about Kirimin ID products is prohibited.
- check_circle Manipulating clicks, bot traffic, or other fraudulent methods is prohibited.
- check_circle Policy violations may result in balance freezing, commission deletion, and/or permanent deactivation of the affiliate account.
- check_circle Referrals are tracked via URL parameter (?ref=CODE) included in the affiliate link.
- check_circle When someone visits a referral link, the click is recorded in our system (IP address, user agent, referrer).
- check_circle A referral is considered valid if the user registers and subscribes through the affiliate link.
- check_circle One user can only be credited to one affiliate (the first one they were referred by).
- check_circle PT Kirimin Platform Nusantara reserves the right to change the policy, commission rates, and affiliate program terms at any time.
- check_circle Changes will be communicated via email or notifications in the affiliate dashboard.
- check_circle Affiliates who disagree with changes may request deactivation of their affiliate account.
- check_circle Commissions already credited before the change will not be affected.
- check_circle This affiliate program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- check_circle Any disputes will first be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, resolution will be through the Surakarta District Court.
- check_circle PT Kirimin Platform Nusantara is domiciled in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia.
