By registering for, accessing, or using Kirimin ID, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Third-Party Compliance (WhatsApp/Meta)

As a user of services integrated with Meta Platforms, Inc., you are strictly required to comply with all current WhatsApp Business policies, including the Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy. Kirimin ID is not liable for any suspension, blocking, or termination of your account by third parties (Meta/WhatsApp) resulting from policy violations.

4. Accounts and Security

In managing your account, you are obligated to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date identification data in accordance with valid legal documents.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and API Keys from any unauthorized access.
• Notify us in writing within a maximum of 24 hours if any unauthorized access to your account is detected.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities, communications, and transactions conducted through your account.

Services are provided based on subscription plans paid in advance (prepaid). All fees paid are final and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to account blocking by third parties. We reserve the right to adjust service rates with at least 30 calendar days' notice.

All trademarks, source code, UI/UX designs, and technology within Kirimin ID are our legal property and are protected by Copyright Laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license solely for the purpose of using the service during an active subscription period.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kirimin ID, its directors, employees, and partners from any legal claims, losses, costs (including attorney fees), or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kirimin ID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service or third-party technical failures.

We reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate access to the service without notice if a material breach of these Terms of Service is detected. You may terminate your subscription at any time via the control panel; however, any outstanding payment obligations must be settled.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, shall be settled through the jurisdiction of the District Court in the legal domicile of Kirimin ID.
