How to Request Account Deletion

Include the following information
- The email address registered to your Kirimin ID account
- Your full name
- Reason for deletion (optional)

Our team will send a confirmation email to verify that the request comes from the legitimate account owner.

Deletion process
Once verification is complete, your account and data will be deleted within 30 business days.

All saved contacts

WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other connection tokens
Analytics data
Cached analytics snapshots

All active sessions across all devices
Additional Data Retention
Some data may be retained longer to comply with applicable legal obligations:
- ⚠️ Transaction & billing data — retained for up to 5 years in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- ⚠️ Security logs — retained for up to 90 days for security investigation purposes.
